Our 365-Day Guarantee
Take a full year with it. If this edition isn't right for you, return it within 365 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Start a Return
- Email rubencools01@gmail.com with your order number and the name on the order.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the book back. Please pack it well enough to survive the trip.
Do not send returns without contacting us first — packages sent to an unlisted address may not be received or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When You Get Your Money Back
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email rubencools01@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay return costs.
Digital Bonuses
The companion e-book and reading plan guide are delivered digitally and are yours to keep. Returning the printed book does not require you to return or delete them, and their value is not deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before the order ships. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
